GoBananas Chia Pudding Delight

This high protein chia pudding is made with our favorite Gnubees Go Bananas shake to add extra protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Chia seeds are remarkable for adding texture and holding water. They swell to form a gel and add healthy fats and protein to food. This pudding is creamy and delicious, a great snack or healthy dessert!

 

Ingredients

1 cup Gnubees GoBananas Shake

½ cup coconut cream

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

​Add all ingredients together stirring well, refrigerate 2-4hours until set. Top with fresh fruit.
