Peanut Butter & Jam Snack Bars by Autumn Kendrick

This tasty snack bar is perfect to pair with a morning coffee or an after school snack. Low in sugar and simple to make, it is sure to be a family hit.
Ingredients:
1/2 pouch Gnubees (go-banana is a great option)
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 tbsp. Honey (we used KB Honey anniversary honey)
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1 cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Nume Cereal (can substitute 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking powder
dash salt
1/2 cup jam (we used east van jam blueberry)
